“Hommage” is like another point of view; “Hommage” is a very flat and very white porcelain dinnerware, generously wide rimmed and superimposed with shapes to inspire the chef and enhance the food. “Hommage” is an unostentatious part of the set up and can be used from preparation in the kitchen to tasting in the restaurant.
