Our History

In 1906 Robert Delliere and his two partners, all experts in fine linens and opulent European decor, opened The White House: a landmark shop in London’s New Bond Street. At that time, all linens and towels were white, hence the origin of The White House name. A century on, Robert's grandson and great-grandson are proud to continue the family tradition, having built on the family heritage and expertise to expand the business’s horizons to encompass a wealth of interior and exterior furnishings, designed for luxurious living on land, on sea and in the sky.
