+ How does Brexit affect working with The White House?

Our long standing and excellent relationships with our partner manufacturers and craftspeople in Europe have placed us in a strong position to handle the complexities of Brexit. Our logistics team have a comprehensive understanding of the customs rules to ensure that there will be no hinderance, and are there to guide you all the way.

+ How does Covid 19 affect working with The White House?

We are following government advice and have implemented safety precautions to keep our staff and clients safe. We will continue to do so during the relaxation of restrictions and be constantly aware that Covid is here to stay. Meetings can continue to take place here in our well ventilated showroom., alternatively for complete peace of mind we can hold meetings remotely via Zoom or Teams.

+ Do I need an appointment to visit your showroom?

Yes please, so that we can prepare for your visit to maximise the benefit of the meeting.

+ Will we travel to you?

Certainly we will - there are often benefits of meeting on site or seeing clients in their own surroundings.

+ How long does a typical project take?

This will depend on the size and nature of the project and good communication in the early stages. Normally branded products are quicker to procure than custom made items. We will always give guidance concerning delivery times to ensure that your timeframe is respected.

+ Can you work with short lead-times?

Yes, due to the excellent relations with our manufacturing partners. This is an extremely important aspect of our services promise.

+ Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, frequently. We have our own internal security system which trains our staff to respect the use of confidential information regardless of its nature. We are also very aware of the protocols around the confidentially of our clients.

Our knowledge of the interiors market, its new arrivals and the input of our in-house design team privdes you with the assurance that the end result will be stunning. And for your convenience you will be dealing with us alone rather than countless manufacturers and suppliers with all the attendant logisitical problems. Furthermore, the arrangements we have with our manufacturers allow us to be very price competitive.

+ Do you hold stock?

Yes, we hold stock of our own White House Collections of bed linen and towels for immediate delivery.

+ Do you advise on sizing?

Yes, particularly for bedding, bed linen and table linen where most sizing problems occur.

+ Do you have a measuring service?

Yes, we are always willing to assist with measuring up for any products.

+ Can you supply fitting out pieces?

For most superyacht and airplane projects which include the supply of china and/or crystal we are often asked to provide fitting out pieces to assist in the design of the storage facilities for these items. We are pleased to do this, but there may be a charge to cover the cost of these blanks.

+ Do you provide samples?

Our in-house design team will provide you with computerised mock ups of your product. If you also would like to see a hard sample of any item, this can also be supplied.

+ Do you deliver worldwide?

Yes. Our logistics department will arrange the requested mode of tansport to anywhere in the world, always quoting and agreeing costs in advance.

+ What are you payment terms?

Normally 50% advance payment with order with the balance due including any freight/shipping costs immediately prior to dispatch.

+ Do you offer care instructions?

As part of our after-sales care service, we can provde full care instruction for all products on your order.
