This very naturalistic decoration, emblematic of the Chinese Golden Age, destined for the imperial court, is now superbly reinterpreted by the House of Raynaud. The origin of this collection dates back to the 18th century, during the prolific reign of the Emperor Qianlong, who was an accomplished scholar, poet and calligrapher. This decoration, representative of the great wealth of porcelain from this period, is on display at the Musée National des Arts Asiatiques - Guimet, which enthusiastically welcomed this reissue project carried by Raynaud.
