The interplay of light and shadow is already the theme of Stefanie Hering's celebrated "Cielo" Collection: holes are made in the fragile porcelain with a drill and knife; through these holes the light draws patterns on the surfaces below. "Illusion" takes up this motif, but this time in the form of white "points of light" dancing across a background of an elegant, iridescent nude tone. The hand-made "Illusion" objects are the perfect complement to the service elements of "Cielo", but can also be combined excellently with other Hering Berlin collections, for example with "Silent Brass", "Polite Gold" or "Velvet", according to the "Mix & Match" principle.
