Named after its decorator Edouard Dammouse, who created a watercolour for Haviland around 1880, Dammouse was inspired by Japanese prints and silks. A renowned engraver and watercolourist, Edouard Dammouse joined the atelier of Auteuil alongside Félix Braquemond. The traditionally white Limoges porcelain used is given a unique pale blue hue in this rich and storied pattern, layering with the darker blue leaves and flowers. The touches of gold accentuates the motif and reveals a precious and fine aspect. Handmade and decorated in France.
